Good Rule of Thumb [& 4finger]: don't over-tweak your wing-nuts & such to where you cause your fingers or hands pain. Not saying you do that; just stating in general. Stretch [b4hand - practice or live], both arm & body: your wrists & forearms, AWA legs & back, & then do some singles, doubles, diddles, flams [& 5/7-strks & whatnot if desired] on pad for at least 20 to 30 min prior to playing gigs [with the Moehller/Grube/WECK rebound/fingers thing in mind ;c)].
